Alrighty then! Today we officially kick of the first of what I'd to consider one of my personal favorite collections that I've contributed to this website, my trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, from Dec. 22nd-26th, 2010! Just in time for the holidays!
And to start this us off, we start with a photo that is NOT at a Disney Park! lol.... ok that was a bad joke.
For those who know me from my previous collections, would know that I take a lot of photos from the backseat of my parents rental car, this is one of them!
This is the Fountain that's in front of the Wyndam Resort! (My family's timeshare,which is located inside the Walt Disney World area grounds on the Bonnet Creek Resort area, where other hotels are located) This was shot just around the time of Noon (if I remember correctly) so you can see a very strong hint of the sun shining from the left (I presume from the south) giving us some nice lighting on this awesome Fountain/Manmade lake!
The trees in the background are just among the Many I encountered while I was in Florida, although you can't really tell from here that we were in Swamp country now, huh?! lol.
This shot was something I like because it reminds me of the shots I see other people post on here, as well as paintings I've seen from various art sources, so I naturally felt it was an honor including it on a site like this!
Since this was my second trip to Disney World (and my second trip to Florida overall!) I've already felt very familiar to the area, including my Timeshare! So it was fun being in territory you knew a few years before! So of course, starting at this location first would be the perfect place to start my collection, and as an introduction to the various stories that I hope you'll enjoy!
11/21/2011 Update: Used Autocontrast to make the image more brighter.

Wow! You continue to amaze me with your ability to take pictures from a moving vehicle! *applause*
But this is really pretty! Everything in Florida is so green, even in the winter! (I'm some distance north of Florida, but still, here our grass turns all brown in the winter...) I love the perspective on the lake and the fountain! And the difference between the foreground and background is especially nice! (I can't identify what kind of tree is in the top left corner, but whatever it is, it's really pretty!)
