Bridge to Nowhere

Here's what I presume to be an old loading dock bridge (where the ship pulls in to get supplies) over at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. You can tell it's seen it's share of storms and waves, indicated by it's various rust spots and moldy areas. I presume this has since been retired like most of the areas here, now it's just sitting there, staring at the empty abyss that is the open waters below.
